Dawn is a qualified parent and family coach, with over 20 years experience as a primary school teacher and deputy head.

Dawn believes passionately that good parenting forms the basis for a happy and confident childhood and rewarding family life. Through coaching, she enables individual parents to identify where they want to be and to work towards achieving the goals they set for themselves.

Norma Rafferty

Norma lives in London with her teenage daughter. She has 23 years teaching experience in Primary and Nursery schools in inner London and Canada and held the position of Head of Early Years.

Alongside her professional Coaching qualifications Norma has a Diploma in Advanced Hypnotherapy.

Norma strongly believes that investing in yourself and your family's well being can make a real difference now and for future generations to come. Her aim is to bring out the best in you so that you lead a happy and fulfilled family life.
